COS attorneys, Jonathan D. Stokes and Jacob R. Joffrion, obtained a favorable judgment in recovering over half a million dollars in damages for our client following a complex agricultural partnership dispute. On July 25, 2025, the Ninth Judicial District Court for Rapides Parish entered final judgment in favor of our client and his business entities on their breach of contract claims. The Court awarded $547,840.43 in damages plus legal interest, ¹ and dismissed all claims brought against our clients with prejudice.
